Feeling the time in our hands

Y1 students from all our locations joined together on a cross-border trip to Austria’s open-air Carnuntum museum, an accurate representation of the ancient Roman settlement that used to be there centuries ago.

Kids could explore how the Romans lived and what was their life like back in the days: what would it take to prepare a meal, wash their clothes, make a carpet, take a bath, or write something down.

What a time, to be alive!
