Giving meaning to the signs we see

Every day, on our way to the kindergarten, either we go by car, or bus, or on foot, we pass by dozens of signs that we barely notice anymore, given that we have them interiorized and we automatically react to them. Of course, such skill required a lifetime of continuous learning, and our children are in the best age range to set the foundations of that knowledge.

We set the date, wore the vests and… off we went! On the hunt for signs, we did, indeed, find a ton of them, and got to recognise their differences, the places where we could find them, and the functions that they fulfil. Because, regarding safety, one can never know enough.
